What will we do together?

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees and management on-site.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including preparing paperwork for employee contracts, keeping touch with payroll and manage medical examination orders.
  • Support employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Oversee documentation for third-country employees and foreign nationals.
  • Provide HR support and facilitate related processes for employees.
  • Prepare HR reports and handle complex HR issues independently.
  • Process attendance and payroll entries in accordance with legislation.

Who are we looking for?

  • Proven experience-minimum 5 years- as an HR Coordinator including responsibilities in HR operations and strategic HR initiatives.
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
