In this role, you will lead HR administration, oversee payroll coordination, and support the professional development of the HR team. Handle E2E HR administration documentations: including new hires, contract changes, and departures.
Keep the HR system clean and accurate while making sure all files meet local audit standards.
Manage the flow of data to the external payroll office to ensure everyone is paid correctly and on time.
Act as the internal go-to person for Hungarian labor regulations and policy alignment.
Turn employee data into useful reports, tracking trends like staff movements and attendance.
Provide direction and daily support to the HR support staff to keep operations running smoothly.
Resolve employee queries regarding professional documentation and internal HR procedures.
