Senior Compensation and HR controlling Specialist

Főbb feladatok:

  • Independently manage paycost and headcount planning during budget and forecast cycles.
  • Maintain and enhance efficient HR controlling and reporting processes to provide actionable insights for HR and management (FTE tracking, variance analysis).
  • Prepare comprehensive compensation reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making, while contributing to the development of HR dashboards.
  • Actively participate in regional projects, with a strong focus on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Participating in job evaluations and compensation surveys (Korn Ferry, Mercer), conduct regular benchmarking, and support salary review processes to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Continuously monitor and integrate HR best practices and emerging market trends.

Munkakör betöltésének feltételei:

  • University/College degree preferably in Economics / Finance/HR
  • At least 5+ years of experience in multinational business environment, with a strong focus on (HR) controlling and/or compensation.
  • Experience in budgeting planning
  • Advanced level Excel knowledge, and experience in database analysis, Power BI and integrated IT systems (preferably SAP)
  • Intermediate level English knowledge (verbal and written)
  • Fluent Hungarian knowledge (verbal and written)
  • Excellent analytical/synthetizing and numeric skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, cooperative attitude
