Business Development Manager

  • Manage and continuously expand the client portfolio

  • Actively scout for new business opportunities in the Hungarian (HU) and Romanian (RO) markets

  • Build and develop customer relationships through personal and online meetings
  • Handle inquiries, prepare price quotations, and provide follow-up
  • Participate in tender processes
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitors

  • Gather customer feedback and propose service development improvements

  • Support the market launch of the new Debrecen office.

  • Actively participate in the formation of the sales strategy

  • Meet sales targets and provide regular reporting

  • Manage and resolve escalations

  • Keep the CRM system up to date

  • Prepare regular reports and statements for management

Elvárások:

  • University or College degree (a degree in Business, Economics, or Logistics is an advantage).

  • Proficiency in both Hungarian and Romanian is a plus

  • Ability to work proactively and independently.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record in business development and sales within a B2B environment.

  • High level of customer orientation.

  • Valid Category B driver's license.

  • Experience gained in the field of freight forwarding or logistics.

  • Software Skills: Practical experience using CRM systems.
