Responsibilities

  • Analyzing HR costs and headcount in collaboration with the Finance team.
  • Conducting annual salary reviews and bonus calculations.
  • Participating in the introduction of new reward elements.
  • Conducting benchmarking studies to ensure competitive benefits offerings.
  • Evaluating jobs and determining appropriate pay grades using Korn Ferry methodology.
  • Developing new HR processes and implementing systems.
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to address compensation and benefits-related issues and provide guidance on compensation requests.
  • Supporting compensation and benefits projects at regional and global levels by providing analytical and administrative assistance.
  • Maintaining regular communication and coordination with the payroll department.
  • Performing monthly system accuracy analyses for compensation and headcount.

Requirements

  • University/College degree
  • At least 3 years of HR controlling and/or compensation experience, ideally in an SSC/BSC/GDC environment
  • High-level Excel proficiency
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and reward-related legal regulations
  • Advanced written and spoken English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and a supportive attitude

This role involves leveraging Excel and data visualization tools, applying Korn Ferry methodology, and collaborating with stakeholders to maintain accurate compensation data and drive strategic HR initiatives.
