Responsibilities
In this newly created position, you will be the contact person for all HR matters in the company as an experienced Recruiter and HR administrator, and you will act as a sparring partner for the management.
Your tasks:- Overall responsibility for the employee lifecycle of all employees, from workforce planning, recruiting, hiring, training, compensation & bonuses to termination.
- Supporting the management in filling open positions in the employee and worker areas – from briefing, searching, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, building a talent pool to the hiring process.
- Contact person for managers and employees in all personnel-related questions, including labor law, organizational, and other HR topics, both in the office and at all production sites.
- Active management of all employees (workers & employees) in our group-wide personnel system (SAP SuccessFactors) and responsibility for the correct monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting of HR key figures.
- Close cooperation with payroll and accounting regarding employee status (entries & exits) as well as salary & bonus payments.
Requirements
If you...- Have proven experience in the HR field with similar areas of responsibility,
- Are familiar with various local job sites and lnow various sourcing techniques on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.,
- Hungarian is your native language, and you speak English fluently,
- Have strong interpersonal skills and effective communication,
- Are able to answer labor law questions,
