Your main tasks:

Development and implementation of quality strategy, goals and objectives

Handling of quality issues of production lines and product groups
-
Dealing with customer, supplier and inter-company claims
-
KPI’s data collection, controlling, analysing and reporting with statistical methods
-
Participation on internal and external audits
-
Development of production processes, monitoring product documentation, recording changes in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
-
Leading root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
-
Leading and motivating the quality team
-
Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Our profile of preference:
-
University / College degree in Engineering, preferably Quality Engineering BSc degree
-
And/ or 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control
-
Knowledge and experience of internal and external audits
-
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
-
Good communication skills in cross-functional and customer-facing environments
-
Excellent English skills
-
MS Office knowledge is needed
