Quality / Product Assurance Manager (Space & Defence)

To support its continued growth and ambitious projects, our partner is looking for a new colleague for the following position:

QUALITY / PRODUCT ASSURANCE MANAGER (SPACE & DEFENCE)

What You’ll Do:

• Learning, implementing, and ensuring compliance with Quality/Product Assurance requirements relevant to the company’s Space and Defence business areas
• Ensuring that internal and external processes meet the applicable requirements
• Managing non-conformities
• Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation measures
• Participating in review and progress meetings, ensuring compliance with quality standards

Who You Are:

• Hold a higher education degree in a technical field, preferably in Electrical Engineering, as well as an Internal Auditor qualification
• Have business-level English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Have at least 5 years of experience in quality assurance 
• Have experience in developing, maintaining, and improving quality management systems, as well as conducting external and internal audits
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Are able to work independently and take ownership of issues through to resolution

Advantage: 

• Knowledge of ECSS standards and AS9100 Rev. D
• Leadership experience
