Role Mission StatementReporting to the Group Quality Operations Manager, the job holder is responsible for the day to day control of the nominated country’s Quality Assurance activities encompassing performance monitoring, driving the corrective action process, training, maintenance of existing and delivery of new processes or practices and supporting improvement programmes at local and Group levels. The job holder shall investigate all accidents, incidents and customer complaints, ensuring that all concerns are clearly recorded, reported and resolved in accordance with the contract requirements.
You will be responsible for:
- Achievement of the country’s quality objectives and BMI targets.
- Liaison with key customer quality departments to review on-going performance trends, review any adverse trends and /or quality concerns. Engage with and develop a personal relationship with key customer quality decision makers.
- Responsible for collating Customer Satisfaction and Complaint results. The analysis of scores and verbatim, identifying areas for improvement and proposing countermeasures or corrective actions to the Operations Site Management.
- Assist the Operations Team in the resolution of internal and customer quality concerns using the PDCA philosophy to ensure the prompt close out and prevention of further issues.
- Manage the country Customer and Internal Corrective Action Reports ensuring that all customers receive a timely and comprehensive response to any complaints. Assume responsibility for first level of CAR approval, proactively pursue CAR completion within the allotted time-frame, provide status reporting on overall CAR status.
- Support continuous improvement in the country’s operations by a programme of process audits and assisting the Operations Team in eliminating the shortfalls found in the on-going activities.
- Utilise personal expertise in the timely and efficient resolution of the country’s major issues
- Support site teams in problem solving to promote the development of sound corrective actions. Deliver training in quality tools and techniques as required.
- Responsible for the nominated country BMS audits, ensuring that the schedule is adhered to and that all corrective actions are sound and are closed out in a timely manner.
- Assist the Group Quality Operations Manager in the preparation for external accreditations.
- Provide reporting for the nominated country and Group as directed by the Quality Operations Manager.
ConditionsThe jobholder will be normally based in the field or at Budapest based Head Office and will be expected to spend time away from home including periods abroad occasionally at short notice as required to support the business needs.
