Quality Engineer

• Participate in daily morning production line meetings

• Perform regular scrap reviews in production areas

• Prepare weekly TOP5 reports and lead related cross-functional meetings

• Provide structured feedback to production lines regarding internal defects and customer complaints

• Prepare and maintain inspection instructions

• Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of FMEAs, Flow Charts, and Control Plans

• Support the development and introduction of new products

• Participate in external and internal audits

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize production processes

• Take part in process development and continuous improvement projects

• Support layout planning and identify optimization opportunities

• Contribute to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 related activities within the department

Elvárások:

• Engineering degree

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management (experience in the pump or electric motor industry is an advantage)

• Fluent English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused mindset

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Solid knowledge of ISO management systems

• Proficient in MS Office applications
