  • Execution & Governance: Ensuring rigorous project execution by tracking progress, managing risks, overseeing budgets, and implementing corrective actions to guarantee delivery.

  • Executive Communication: Delivering clear updates on transformation progress, risks, and milestones across all organizational levels, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior management.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partnering with a high-performing team of senior transformation and project leaders to collectively drive the company's strategic agenda.

Elvárások:

  • University/College degree
  • Around 3-5 years of experience in managing complex, international projects. (like digitalization changes, building up an SSC center, production line relocation, etc.)

  • Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives that deliver tangible business impact, moving beyond just time and budget metrics.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to navigate change, influence without formal authority, and embed new ways of working within the organization. (no people management experience needed)

  • Innovative problem-solver who naturally questions the status quo and optimizes existing processes.

  • Highly analytical and goal-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Expertise in project management methodologies, both traditional and agile (e.g., IPMA or Scrum Master certification).

  • Proficient in MS Office; basic knowledge of SAP architecture and processes is a strong plus.

  • Organizational development or HR related project management experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) with high intercultural competence and a willingness to travel internationally.
