• Your tasks will be as a Polish speaking Customer Support Representative:

  • Manage order entry, follow-up, invoicing, and returns
  • Provide accurate stock and backorder updates
  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
  • Log cases and calls with high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.)
