Payroll Specialist

An international, multicultural organization is looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join its team in Budapest (Váci Greens). The role covers end-to-end payroll execution and improvement, with a particular focus on executive compensation, equity-related payroll, and payroll projects.

Feladatok

• Ensure accurate, compliant payroll processing in line with legal requirements and company policy

• Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR partners on payroll, benefits, allowances, and employee lifecycle changes

• Support executive compensation and equity-based payroll programs, including validation, reporting, and compliance activities

• Lead and support payroll-related projects: requirements gathering, testing, stakeholder management, and change implementation

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive effective cross-team communication

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll operations

Elvárások

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluent English

• Experience in payroll and benefits, ideally within a multinational or shared services environment

• Experience working across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, changing environment

• Track record of successfully delivering project-based change initiatives

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems (Workday is a plus)

Ajánlat

• Gross salary: HUF 900,000 – 1,100,000/month

• Cafeteria: HUF 30,000/month + 4.5% of gross salary

• Annual performance bonus target: 9%
