We are looking for a Payroll Specialist for our client who provides services in 23 countries across Europe and Asia and it is still significantly growing. 

  • coordinating payroll in collaboration with the outsourced payroll vendor
  • supporting the HR team in the hands on collection, calculation and entering of payroll data
  • ensuring payroll data integrity across the integrated HR and payroll system
  • identifying and fixing of any errors
  • supporting in the maintenance of payroll guidelines by writing and iteratively updating policies and procedures
  • drawing current and future needs of payroll in your regions
  •  transferring the data and ensuring that the new design fulfills all local statutory and legal requirements 
  • payroll query and request management both to employees and Team Leads

Elvárások / Requirements

  • min. 3 years of relevant experience
  • fluent English is a must
  • experience with global payroll and Workday or other enterprise HR systems
  • hands-on experience of payroll process design
  • full proficiency in Excel
  • good communication and problem solving skill
  • teamplayer
