Payroll Expert (KH_103237)
Feladatok:
- Own the company payroll tasks and processes such as:
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Manage dependents' tracking for tax and benefits purposes.
- Serve as main contact for outsourced payroll services.
- Communicate monthly payroll data to service provider.
- Verify payroll accuracy and address errors with provider.
- Manage payroll records, documentation, and reconciliation.
- Support payroll audits and compliance activities.
- Assist with payroll forecasting and budgeting.
- Support finance department with providing relevant and arcuate payroll data
- Act as a Single point contact for all payroll related queries for our employees
Elvárások:
- Prior Payroll Processing experience of Payrolls for at least 2 to 3 or more years & Good understanding of Payroll Process in general (Hungarian Labour Law knowledge is highly preferred)
- Professional Degree in Management/Accounting preferred
- Accuracy
- Good communications skills both in English and in Hungarian
