Medior / Senior IT Recruiter

About the position

We are looking for a highly committed recruiter who is passionate about working independently in recruitment and, at the same time, is ready to act as a mentor for novice recruiters and bring experience to the existing team.

In this position, you’ll deal with resource managers in the process of identifying hiring needs, collaborate with other recruiters, interact with candidates during the recruiting process, optimize recruitment processes, and contribute to employer branding.

It is a full-time on-site position in our comfortable office in the 13th district of Budapest.

Responsibilities
 

• Processing incoming applications for different vacancies.
• Active search for hot, medior and senior levels IT and support vacancies.
• Remote and onsite candidate screening.
• Conducting interviews, assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Offers negotiations.
• Collaborating with resource managers.
• Interacting with other recruiters to optimize recruitment processes and make them more efficient.
• Providing analytical and recruiting reports.

• At least 2+ years of recruiting experience in the IT related sector, ideally within international environments and teams.
• Good knowledge of the recruiting and hiring platforms, sources, ATS-systems, LinkedIn tools and extensions, active search techniques.
• Knowledge of English language - B2+ / C1 level / Native.
• Willingness to work full-time from our comfortable office (in the 13th District of Budapest).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The desire to share experiences with other recruiters.
• Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, and passion for hiring talents.

• Experience in management / coordination of recruitment teams.
• Work experience at recruitment agencies.
• Knowledge of Arabic language.
