Responsibilities

We’re looking for a data-oriented candidate who can turn logistics data into clear reports and support KPI-driven decision-making. The role includes managing weekly bookings, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting international ocean and air shipments from origin factories to the Samsung warehouse. If you’re passionate about working with data, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop strong analytics skills. This position combines data analysis with practical logistics operations and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Your responsibilities
  • Turn logistics data into clear insights — managing KPIs, dashboards, and reports that drive smarter decisions.
  • Own the Weekly Booking Status (WBS) reporting and ensure data accuracy across our ERP systems.
  • Handle international ocean and air deliveries from origin factories to the SEH warehouse, following SEH instructions.
  • Validate origin bookings to keep our shipment data clean, compliant, and reliable.
  • Use Power BI and big-data practices to improve visibility and efficiency in transportation and shipping. (Power BI knowledge is not required - it is easily learnable)
  • Analyze business volumes across air, ocean, rail, and road — identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Support the import operations team with data-driven problem solving in daily operations.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, logistics partners (LSPs), and internal teams to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
