As part of our Global Operations & Digital Solutions team, you will help ensure our P&C products meet real business needs and enable data-driven decisions. Together, we connect expertise, drive transformation, and create the conditions for people and performance to thrive.

LMS Administration & Support

• Handle daily operational tasks within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide first-level support for employees and HR
• Manage courses, user accounts, assignments, and curricula
• Upload, test, and maintain SCORM content
• Ensure accurate reporting (e.g. Learning completion)
• Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot learning content issues
• Support global rollout activities and system enhancements

Learning Content Creation

• Build new e-learning modules that are interactive and engaging
• Create quizzes, interactive elements, and learning flows
• Ensure user-friendly, accessible and engaging learning experiences
• Maintain and continuously improve existing e-learning materials
• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts
• Coordinate reviews and feedback cycles

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in LMS administration and/or digital learning
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning
• Strong technical understanding of digital learning formats
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools is an advantage (e.g. Articulate Storyline/Rise)
• Fluent English skills (both written and verbal)
• Structured, reliable and service-oriented working style
• Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to support users with diverse technical backgrounds
• Ability to work collaboratively with global stakeholders
