Italian speaking Order Management Representative

• Your responsibilities will include as an Italian Speaking Order Management Representative:

  • Manage the full Order to Cash process: order entry, invoicing, payments, and returns
  • Handle internal and external requests
  • Ensure excellent customer service
  • Maintain orders and customer data in SAP, daily communication with clients and internal teams
  • Analyze issues, provide solutions, and support process improvement initiatives
  • Prepare reports

  • Fluent English and Italian
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or finance
  • Experience with SAP
