Responsibilities

  • Publish and update job advertisements on career pages and other relevant platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., vacation and sick leaves).
  • Prepare monthly compensation and attendance reports.
  • Screen resumes and job applications.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information (e.g., contact details and bank accounts).
  • Distribute physical and digital training materials.
  • Store, copy, and scan company policies and other HR documents.
  • Address employee inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports (e.g., daily, weekly, or project-specific reports).

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Clerk, HR Officer, or a similar junior role in HR.
  • Good understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately.
  • Team-oriented, with a proactive and responsible approach to work.
