HR Trainee - Dutch speaking

FrieslandCampina is one of the sixth largest dairy companies across the globe. They produce and sell products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts.

• Support the processing of HR service requests including worktime management, issuance of employment certificates, workforce administration, employment contracts and contract modifications, onboarding and offboarding processes, as well as learning administration
• Ensure accurate, timely, and complete entry of HR data into internal systems, in line with company policies and compliance with local and global regulations
• Assist in integrating and connecting data from various HR systems to support data accuracy and assist in analysis efforts aimed at driving continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across HR teams and other departments to facilitate smooth HR operations and knowledge sharing
• Support the maintenance and updating of knowledge management systems to keep HR-related information accessible and current
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced HR professionals to develop practical skills and enhance your understanding of the HR domain

• The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status
• Ongoing studies related to HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Training Development
• Excellent communication (spoken and written) in Dutch and English
• Strong knowledge of Excel and other MS Office tools
• Eagerness to learn and ability to bring a high dose of service orientation
• Strong attention to details, the ability to work precisely and independently
• Prooblem solving and prioritization skills, a real can do attitude

• Availability to work at least 25 hours/week
