Responsibilities
LG Central South Europe HR Team is looking for a highly dedicated HR professional on temporary basis (minimum 1 year) to cover:
- Facilitate the recruitment process from business need identification to fulfillment
- Assist and advise business leaders in identifying right candidates for the talent process
- Coordinate sourcing by applying the optimal search tool and ensure best candidate selection
- Hiring staff and negotiating employment agreements
- Participate and follow Headcount Plan processes
- Support on-, cross- and off-boarding processes
- Implementation and monitoring of Learning & Development Plan
- Ensure efficient stakeholder management by keeping close cooperation with partners within region and on international level
- Organize online and offline courses based on the capability development plan
- Continuous update of the training information in the system
- Facilitate, monitor LG’s Performance Management Cycle and Leadership evaluation, having the required completion ratio kept
- Administer HRIS including personal data change, ensures data accuracy and reports to Headquarters
- Support to review internal HR processes and initiate organization changes
- Contribute organizational development and manage talent acquisition in the region
Requirements
- HR college/university degree
- Min. 6-8 years’ experience in Recruitment, Personnel & Learning Development and in above HR Life Cycle
- Fluent and structured Hungarian and English written and verbal communication
- Confident knowledge of MS Office
- High level of flexibility
