Responsibilities

  • Active participation of the development and monitoring of the overall HR plans, systems, tactics and procedures across the CEE organization
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management in the CEE organization
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job descriptions, preselection, first interview to onboarding
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding process
  • Maintain the monthly payroll and check the data from the payroll agencies
  • Work closely with payroll service providers (such as providing input for payroll)
  • When it is needed manage payroll service providers in designated regions
  • Prepare the reports of the yearly and the monthly labour cost
  • Manage HR administration (employment contract, working hours, timesheets, sick leave documents, Cafeteria system etc.)
  • Manage occupational health checks and documentation
  • Manage expatriate administrative tasks together with vendors such as global mobility, immigration application
  • Work closely with student’s association and service provider of outsourced employees (hiring, exiting, payroll)
  • Manage training & development process (such as organising training, prepare study contract, etc)
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
  • Run HR reports, KPI system (annual leave report, employee turnover, sick leave ratio)
  • Work together with the agency to finalize the office Health & Safety management

Requirements

  • University degree
  • More than 5 years of related working experience in a similar role
  • Native Hungarian and good English language knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Excellent organisational and planning skill
  • Good data analysis, problem-solving and critical thinking skill
