Your future team
We are looking for an HR specialist with superb communication who enjoys to solve different tasks every day. In this role, you will become a part of a fast paced but friendly and team-oriented environment where you can collaborate with other HR people and cross-functions to achieve common goals. You will report to the Country HR Lead and work closely with a team of 3 HR professionals to provide top-notch HR support to our organization. 

What you will be doing: 
As a HR Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting the HR needs of our organization. You'll work closely with employees and managers across the organization to provide HR support and guidance on a range of issues, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, policies&guidelines, employee benefits and company events.

On a day-to-day basis, you can expect to: 
  • administrating employees’ benefits (cafeteria, insurances, sport support, work-place catering, company cars etc.)
  • preparing and maintaining HR administration statistics and reporting as well as internal database
  • assist with the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate interviews 
  • manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation, exit interviews, and offboarding activities 
  • maintain accurate HR records and data in our HRIS system, ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations 
  • assist with the design and implementation of HR policies and programs
  • participation to organize various company events

Requirements

What you bring
As an HR Specialist, you'll be able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization. You must be able to deal with a variety of personalities and keep calm in tense situations. A top HR Specialist should be approachable, fair, and have good multitasking abilities.

Competencies: 
  • university graduate within Human Resources, business administration, sociology or other area related to people
  • the ability to keep sensitive information confidential
  • approachable and helpful
  • good ethical judgment
  • detail-oriented and highly organized 
  • continuous learner and adaptability to new situations
