HR Operations - Junior Manager

  • Decides about resource planning
  • Manages a team of professionals and being responsible for strengthening control environment framework by monitoring the fulfilment of compliance requirements
  • Communicates to higher management teams
  • Breaks the change plan down to an annual action plan and drives execution using available resources efficiently and effectively
  • Translates strategic goals into relevant processes; makes sure that relevant processes and documentation are followed by setting controls and targets in charge of stakeholder management and escalation point
  • Empowers teams to challenge the status quo and to utilize available CPI tools, techniques and channels for process improvement

What you will bring to the team:

  • At least 3+ years of proven people management and operational experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
  • HR experience at a multinational company is an advantage
  • Experience in system implementation/automation projects and other innovations 
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, cross cultural sensitivity
  • Fluent English language knowledge 
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Excel)
