Responsibilities

Be the new HR Administrator in our Budapest office – the one who ties the threads together and ensures the smooth day-to-day running of both HR and business administration.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • HR administration: onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining records, managing holidays and benefits
  • Supporting HR processes and reports, ensuring data accuracy
  • Collaborating with employees and partners, handling day-to-day HR queries
  • Supporting payroll and financial administration, collaborating with accountants
  • Office management: maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
  • Travel coordination and liaising with suppliers

Requirements

  • Proficiency in with various software applications program including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook and capacity to learn new technology/systems.
Qualifications [EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE]
  • Strong Administrator, with previous experience of working in a similar role
Language:
  • Fluent Hungarian and English
