Feladatok

  • Coordinating training and development processes across the company,
  • Actively contributing to the design of the internal training framework,
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring corporate training and development programs,
  • Developing, updating, and customizing training materials in line with business needs,
  • Liaising with internal trainers, external training partners, and service providers,
  • Actively supporting and coordinating the onboarding process,
  • Maintaining records and preparing reports.

Elvárások

  • Higher education degree,
  • Several years of experience in the field of Training & Development,
  • Active command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Category B driving licence.
