Our HR organization in Bosch is going through the biggest digital transformation from decades. As part of the HR Digitalization Journey, we aim to connect all relevant people and tools based on the global standard HR processes to improve user satisfaction, enable higher efficiency, increase HR data availability, whilst being stable and future proof.

Our team is looking for an Expert for HR Processes, who has solid experience in process mapping and standardization.

As automation specialist you are responsible for Develop and implement complex, reliable and high-quality RPA solutions.

Your tasks will be:

  • Revise country related HR core processes in order to identify deviations from global standards
  • Revise deviations in processes applied at different locations within a country
  • Organize, moderate and actively participate in Fit Gap workshop series with the involvement of all parties to map up and design processes to fit to the global standards
  • Ensure that HR related documents will be updated according to the outcome of process Fit Gap workshops
  • Eliminate the different versions of forms and templates, design documents that fit to all the location needs, as well as fulfill the country specific legal requirements
  • Analyze processes to identify automation potentials
  • Create specification for automation projects
  • Lead automation projects, including: feasibility study, fulfill legal and compliance requirements, involve necessary stakeholders, programming (mainly RPA), test and verify effectiveness, benchmarking within Global HRS community


Which requirements are important to us?

Background: Higher education in the field of HR or any comparable experience in HR administration


  • Having hands-on experience in HR administration processes
  • Solid experience in optimizing processes, standardization activities and documentation creation
  • Experience in leading projects, organizing and moderating workshops

  • Self-driven working attitude
  • Service mindset: empathy, patience, and positivity to provide solutions
  • Flexibility and resiliency to adapt to a growing and fast-changing work environment, ability to work in a multicultural and matrix organization

  • You have advanced English skills (both written and spoken)
