HR Director

• Leading and developing the HR team
• Working closely with senior management
• Handling headcount and payroll budgets
• Develop performance management and compensation systems,
• Optimize recruitment processes
• Actively participate competency improvement and training programs
• Deepen engagement of employees 
• Develop HR policies and systems

Elvárások:

• University degree in HR management or a relevant field
• At least 5 years experience in leadership - manufacturing field is advantage
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High-level knowledge of HR methods, processes, practices, and tools
