Hr Business Partner
- Support the organization's HR strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture to improve business performance as well.
- Create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making.
- Lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness
- Execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning).
- Provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders, be ready to challenge stakeholders.
- Contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan.
- Participate in CEE HR projects.
- Being responsible for the functional people cost budget planning and tracking
Elvárások / Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant HR professional experience in BP role (previous experience with manufacturing company is advantage).
- Have excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);
- Have excellent knowledge on Hungarian labor law.
- Have strong coaching skills – support the managers in their people matters through coaching & leadership.
- Results oriented & organized – identify risk and prioritize competing demands.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems
- Have driving license, category B
