Hr Business Partner

  • Support the organization's HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture to improve business performance as well.
  • Create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making.
  • Lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness
  • Execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning).
  • Provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders, be ready to challenge stakeholders.
  • Contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan.
  • Participate in CEE HR projects.
  • Being responsible for the functional people cost budget planning and tracking

Elvárások / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant HR professional experience in BP role (previous experience with manufacturing company is advantage).
  • Have excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);
  • Have excellent knowledge on Hungarian labor law.
  • Have strong coaching skills – support the managers in their people matters through coaching & leadership.
  • Results oriented & organized – identify risk and prioritize competing demands.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems
  • Have driving license, category B
