HR Associate Intern - German Back Office
What kind of tasks will you have?
Providing HR administration support including the maintenance of the HR database and the coordination of the onboarding, offboarding and employee change processes
Maintain relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end-to-end processes
Handle employee contracts and maintain employee data in SuccessFactors
Handle HR queries within the ticketing system
Participate in continuous process improvement and act as a process expert
We are searching for you, if you
Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
Are self-confident in Hungarian, English and German communication as well
Have a basic knowledge of MS Office especially Excel
Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work
What you can expect from us is
Flexible work schedule with minimum 25-30 hours/week
2000 HUF/ hour (NET)
We are trialling a flexible and hybrid way of working to ensure our colleagues’ wellbeing and health & safety; we combine working from home with meeting max 2 times/week in our fully refurbished, digital office in Budapest.
