HR Advisor Trainee – German Speaking Fixed-term contract

The IBM Hungary is looking for a student to join as an HR Advisor supporting german colleagues within an international contact center environment. This is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity with immediate start.

• Handling HR-related inquiries from german colleagues
• Providing first-level HR support via contact center channels
• Managing and documenting HR requests in internal systems
• Ensuring accurate and timely case handling
• Escalating complex topics when necessary

• Ongoing university studies (active student status)
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
• Availability up to 30 hours per week

• Gross hourly wage: 2400 HUF
• International SSC environment
