The IBM Hungary is looking for a student to join as an HR Advisor supporting german colleagues within an international contact center environment. This is a 3-month fixed-term opportunity with immediate start.
Tasks
Handling HR-related inquiries from german colleagues
Providing first-level HR support via contact center channels
Managing and documenting HR requests in internal systems
Ensuring accurate and timely case handling
Escalating complex topics when necessary
Requirements
Ongoing university studies (active student status)
Strong communication skills in German and English
Customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
Availability up to 30 hours per week
