Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a
HR Advisor Intern (Greek speaking)
What kind of tasks will you have?
Providing advice/ transactional service personally and via telephone or email to all managers and employees, based on written HR policies and processes.
Registering queries in the appropriate systems
Using a case management tool to manage workload and to pass cases to other teams where appropriate
Providing consistent advice and information, managing the resolution of queries against defined service levels
Being responsible for certain end-to-end HR processes
We are searching for you, if you
Have a full time active university semester now and for the upcoming 7 months
Be fluent in Greek communication, both verbally and in writing
Have a basic knowledge of MS Office
Have great attention to detail and you have a proactive attitude toward work
What you can expect from us is
Flexible work schedule with minimum 25-30 hours/week
2000 HUF/ hour (NET)
