Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and best practice advice on a range of business/HR issues across regions such as Hungary, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands to name a few, while ensuring a positive employee relations climate is maintained.
  • Basic handling of employee inquiries and general questions including policies and practices.
  • Drafting off-cycle title change, increases, promotion letters, statement of service letters.
  • Assisting with ER protocols including investigations, performance improvement, policy breaches etc.
  • Participate in and drive the implementation of special HR projects including strategic initiatives to help align employees to strategic goals of the business
  • Work with the Regional HR Business Partners to develop HR strategies for the business and internal client groups
  • Coordination of onboarding new employees, both contractors and perm across the EMEA region.
  • Work with the HR Team coordinating engagement initiatives, working closely with others to assist you.
  • Maintain employee data changes within Oracle, ServiceNow (HRIS Systems)
  • Developing HR metrics to help measure our success. Performing management reporting and tracking
  • Partnering with Payroll, Legal, Benefits, Talent Acquisition/Onboarding other departments to resolve issues.
  • Assisting employees by answering questions, providing information and referring them to appropriate staff as needed to provide exemplary customer service.

Requirements

  • Corporate experience in an HR business-facing capacity
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Experience with Hungarian Labor Legislation would be a plus
  • Experience working within a technology/software-enabled, fast-paced business
  • Experience working within transformative environments
  • Experience with Oracle HRIS would be a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially in Excel
  • Warm, professional and engaging disposition
  • Analytical and results focused, but with a strong ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication skills in Hungarian, English and German - written and verbal, across all audience levels
  • Comfort working both independently and in a team setting
  • Accountability mindset, for oneself and others
