- Support all employee lifecycle processes, such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes,Maternity, Retirement
- Act as the first point of contact for all HR queries
- Work in close cooperation with other departments ( eg. payroll, legal, compensation etc...)
- Provide all neccessary information for employees in HR related questions
- Fluency in English
- 1of exeperience in HR administration, onboarding and offboarding processes
- Experience in Shared Service environment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of MS Office
- SAP or Successfactor knowledge is an advantage
- Outstanding communication and problemsolving skills
