Group DS Competency Development Expert

 

Purpose of the position:

Working for Group DS Management Support Competence Development team will bring a variety of exciting tasks from establishing working relationships within the Downstream (DS) community and supporting the white collar professional competency development related program (DS Growing Professional Skills - GPS) in line with MOL Group and Downstream values and strategy.

Participating in the development of professional resources towards the required level of competencies and providing input for the overall talent lifecycle from a skill-pool/competence point of view.

What you will do:

  • You will be a key member of our team contributing to and coordinating a variety of activities including:

  • Support MOL Group and DS Strategy from the professional competence development side by participating in the coordination of DS GPS Program-related activities:
    • Job family design
    • Organization & facilitation of design workshops on the group level
    • Competence map preparation and update
    • Provide support in assessment and cross-assessment process, analysis
    • Support result calibration meetings
    • Support consolidation and prioritization of professional developments
  • Super user of PetroSkills Competence Assessment Tool (Compass) in Group Downstream
  • Super user of Power BI Competence Development Analysis tool
  • Providing regular reports to involved stakeholders
  • Contribute to the preparation of decision-making materials regarding the Professional Competence Development Program
  • Keeping contact on regular basis with HR, Capability HR, IT, business managers, and employees across GPS program participants within MOL Group DS

What we are looking for:

  • Cooperation skills, teamwork experience, influencing others
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great PowerPoint and Office 365 skills, interest in new software for corporate interaction (e.g. Teams, Sli.do, Menti, Kahoot, etc.)
  • Fluent English is a must as you will communicate to a lot of stakeholders across the group
  • Driving license B
