Global Procurement Services Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will play a key role in delivering this transformation by leading complex projects, ensuring organizational alignment, and coaching project managers across the Procurement Services tower.

About the Contract

• Duration: 18 months
• Potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs

 

• Lead global and regional Procurement transformation initiatives
• Create and manage project plans, schedules, governance and documentation
• Drive project execution, ensuring milestones, dependencies and value delivery
• Proactively manage risks, issues and escalation processes
• Provide clear, concise reporting to senior leadership
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across a global, matrixed environment
• Support and drive change management activities and adoption of new processes
• Mentor and coach project managers; contribute to PM capability building
• Track KPIs and benefits realization across assigned projects

• 5–7 years of project management experience, ideally in a global or matrixed environment
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Teams, SharePoint and the MS Office 365 suite
• PMP or similar certification is a plus
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to coach and support other project managers
• Fluent English (written and verbal)

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
