Our multinational partner - as one of the world’s leading suppliers of intelligent automation solutions - is currently looking for a German Speaking Recruiter - EMEA to join their team.
- lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes,
- performing initial screening telephone interviews and conducting interviews,
- collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs across different business units,
- utilize innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier talent for a variety of roles,
- analyze recruitment metrics and data to drive continuous improvement and deliver insights to stakeholders.
Elvárások / Requirements
- a University or College degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field of studies,
- minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on sourcing and engaging candidates,
- fluent in both German and English,
- proven track record of successfully recruiting for various positions in a fast-paced environment,
- interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
