German speaking HR SSC Senior Manager

• Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR service delivery in the German region, ensuring a great employee experience and high customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with local HR teams to improve and implement HR processes and policies.
  • Take part in HR projects and help develop HR structures and workflows.
  • Support the alignment of international HR service standards and processes.
  • Ensure cost-effective operations in Recruiting, HR Administration, and People services, while tracking performance.
  • Be a supportive and inspiring leader-coach, motivate, and develop your team

• Requirements:

  • University degree in business or HR-related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR Shared Services and team management, experience in a manager role
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Experience managing budgets and leading international HR teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of HR and technology trends.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
  • Comfortable working across all levels of the HR organization.
  • Analytical mindset with strong presentation skills.
