Our partner is a UK-based multinational IT services company, that provides end-to-end IT solutions, including system procurement, implementation, support, and managed services, supporting major enterprise and public sector organisations globally.

HR Administrators are key members of the People Operations team, supporting the whole recuritment process. If you are well-organized, you solve problems resourcefully and you enjoy supporting the work of others, feel free to apply!

-supporting the recruitment processes

-organizing interviews and assessments

-keeping in touch with candidates via email or telephone

-participating in meetings

-administering in internal systems

• experience in HR administration
• advanced German and middle-level English language skills
• pro-active, flexible, influencing personality
• outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
• ability to handle confidential data in the right manner
