Description:

  • Oversee and support the end-to-end payroll process across multiple EMEA countries through external payroll providers.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while managing escalations and resolving complex payroll issues.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with third-party payroll vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive payroll process improvements, implement best practices, and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Support team development, provide operational guidance, and contribute to regional payroll projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English and French language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Several years of payroll experience within a multinational or complex international environment.
  • Previous people management or team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, payroll vendors, and payroll systems.
