Financial Process Senior Expert

Work location: MOL Campus, Budapest (hybrid)

• Overseeing and managing the financial operations of designated MOL Group companies.

• Providing professional support to local finance teams, improving processes, and increasing efficiency.

• Implementing Group-level policies and best practices, ensuring compliance.

• Supporting change management and implementing new processes and policies.

• Defining and monitoring KPIs, initiating performance improvement actions.

• Aligning and educating stakeholders (business leaders, customers, management) on the benefits of standardized financial processes.

• University degree in Economics or Finance.

• 5–10 years of experience in finance; stakeholder management experience required, people management is an advantage.

• Advanced English language skills; knowledge of Polish, Romanian, or Slovenian is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.

• Willingness to travel.

• Strong competencies: strategic thinking, attention to detail, agility, integrity, process-oriented mindset.
