Provide incident support and ensure timely resolution of system and process issues
Deliver user support and conduct training sessions to enhance system utilization
Support month-end, year-end, and audit processes, ensuring data integrity and compliance
Participate in system and process improvement initiatives, contributing to design and implementation
Conduct application testing to validate new features, fixes, and system changes
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation
Monitor system interfaces and resolve data flow or integration issues
Review and load transactional data into the system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports as required
Perform account analysis and reconciliations to support financial accuracy and transparency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
6–8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and financial reporting, ideally within a complex business environment
Strong practical experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Deep understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting processes.
Experience in business process evaluation, application and user support, testing, and master data management
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
