You will be responsible for
- Being accountable in driving forward Tesco's digital learning strategy in the Hungarian market by following the CE blueprints and strategy and ensuring high level deployment in the country.
- Being responsible for designing, creating, localising, and testing engaging, bespoke e-learning courses and deploying them on our LMS(e-learning courses, training videos etc.) in the local market using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite programmes.
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
- Supporting the design of the CE digital learning strategy and promoting best practice from the local market.
- Constantly exploring the market looking for new digital learning solutions.
- Drive AI adoption in the Hungarian market by supporting local upskilling of AI tools such as Copilot
- Creating and editing videos using Adobe Creative Suite programmes.
- Recording webinars and designing presentations based on CE guidelines.
- Delivering local upskilling sessions for the People Partner or the Training teams on using digital training tools.
- Managing the user accesses, admin upskilling and queries for our LMS.
- Creating ad hoc reports from the LMS for stakeholders
- Championing the digital and self-learning culture by promoting it on the local market for People and broader teams and making sure the user experience is always extraordinary
- Coordinating the retail Hungarian Digital Champion community
You will need
- High school education
- Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Copilot)
- Native Hungarian speaker
- Active upper-intermediate English knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Effective stakeholder management
Advantage:
- Proven experience in designing and creating e-learning content
- Experience in using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite programmes.
- Experience in delivering upskilling/ training sessions on digital tools/ processes
- Experience with LMS admin
