Responsibilities

  • Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and processing customer orders with accuracy, from entry to invoicing
    • Handling order follow-up, stock information, backorder reports, claims, returns, and crediting
    • Logging cases and calls to a high standard and providing regular updates until resolution
    • Communicating with customers and collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Finance, etc.) to resolve issues

Requirements

  • What you'll bring:

    • Fluency in French and English
    • Experience in a multinational environment
    • Good MS Office skills; knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus
    • Accurate and fast data entry skills, excellent telephone manner, and strong organizational skills
