Business Product Analyst – SAP SuccessFactors (Recruitment)

• System Configuration & Maintenance: Hands-on configuration, continuous optimization, and support for the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module, ensuring system stability and seamless incident management.

• Process Design & Optimization: Analyze current HR and recruitment workflows, identify operational inefficiencies, and design modern business processes.

• Requirements Gathering: Uncover business and user needs, translate them into actionable functional requirements and features, and support the Product Owner in prioritization.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as a central bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to drive user adoption and operational change.

• Data Management & Integrations: Proactively investigate data flows, troubleshoot application issues, and ensure accurate integrations between recruitment systems and other enterprise tools (e.g., Payroll, Onboarding).

Elvárások:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Systems, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–5 years of experience in a Business Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or HR-Tech consultation role.

• SAP SuccessFactors: Proven, hands-on experience in configuring the SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment module is a must.

• Language Skills: Fluent, professional command of English (spoken and written) for daily collaboration across international teams.

• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with CISO compliance standards, IT security validation, or build permit processes.
