As an Associate German Payroll Specialist, you will:

• Deliver payroll accurately and provide timely payment of employee salaries in line with client service level agreements and expectations
• Complete controls and cross-checking on payroll results
• Maintain payroll information, files, and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
• Prepare and submit statutory declarations for authorities
• Establish, update, and maintain the payroll engine
• Partner with Payroll Specialists and SMEs to help with their work when they have a high workload
• Prepare regular reports, handle standard client requests
• Participate in German payroll related pieces of training, on-the-job-trainings from senior colleagues, and online training

• We would appreciate it if you have the following attributes:
• Strong German and English language skills
• Good level of experience at a multinational company in finance/HR/IT
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines
• Autonomy over your work
• Forward thinking, ability to plan and organize own workload
• To be a team player who can share information and interact positively with others
• Strong user knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel and Word
• BA or BSc degree
