Warehouse Trainer

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our warehouse in Biatorbágy.

• Develop and implement training programs for warehouse personnel
• Assess training needs and create customized training materials to meet operational goals
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed
• Collaborate with warehouse management to identify areas for improvement
• Implement strategies to enhance overall warehouse performance
• Act as a mentor and leader, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

• Confident language skills: in Hungarian and English, or Hungarian and English and Ukranian / Russian.
• Flexibility: openness to work in shifts and sometimes weekends.
• Training Skills: ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Leadership: strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Communication: confident language skills in Russian or Ukrainian.
• Safety Knowledge: in-depth knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
