• Recording food and drink orders in the system
• Taking orders accurately and in a timely manner

• Offering personalized recommendations to guests (daily specials, cocktails, starters, main courses, desserts, and after-dinner drinks)
• Handling payments
• Close collaboration with chefs and bartenders during daily operations
• Maintaining the cleanliness and condition of work areas and equipment
• Performing other relevant work-related tasks

• At least a few years of relevant professional experience
• Confident English language skills (for daily use)
• Excellent hospitality and communication skills
• Well-groomed and positive appearance
