Responsibilities

  • Managing daily tasks related to transportation coordination
  • Organizing and monitoring trucks
  • Liaising with various departments, external warehouses, clients, customers, and partners
  • Preparing and submitting reports
  • Planning and preparation for the following day
  • Handling ad-hoc issues as they arise
  • Performing administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Accurate and precise work ethic
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Solid computer skills
  • Quick response to challenges and changes
  • Flexibility and adaptability

Nice-to-have

  • Professional experience
  • Knowledge of Slavic languages
